Enrollment

Welcome your child into the Qur'an.

Thank you for considering Ayat Academy. We are honored that you are thinking of entrusting us with your child's Qur'an education and development.

The Process

Four steps to enrollment.

From your first visit to your child's first day, here's what to expect.

01

Schedule a Tour

We encourage all families to visit Ayat Academy before beginning the enrollment process. During your tour you will:

  • Observe our classrooms in session
  • Learn about our memorization system (new, front, and murājaʿah)
  • Ask questions about our program structure
  • Receive full details about tuition and enrollment
Tours available Monday – Thursday
8:30 – 10:00 AM or 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM
02

Student Assessment

Students applying to the Hifdh Program complete a short reading assessment to evaluate:

  • Qur'an reading fluency
  • Tajwīd fundamentals
  • Readiness for memorization

This helps us determine the best starting point for each student.

Juniors Program students do not require an assessment.
03

Enrollment Form

Families complete the online enrollment form before their child begins the trial period so we have the student's information on file.

The form also includes important program details, policies, and tuition information.

04

Trial Days

After submitting the form, students participate in a three-day trial so we can evaluate:

  • Focus and classroom behavior
  • Memorization ability
  • Readiness for the program structure

Following the trial, families are notified regarding acceptance. If accepted, the student's spot is confirmed once the enrollment deposit is submitted.

Sibling Discount

Families enrolling more than one child receive a 10% discount on monthly tuition for each additional sibling.
